Who are we?

Aktivt Uteliv Uppsala is a small and forward-thinking company in the outdoor and adventure industry. We focus on rentals, sales, courses, and guided activities – all year round. We’re growing fast, and with big ambitions, we value creativity, collaboration, and people who enjoy shaping new ideas together.

We work closely in a small team where joy, initiative, and a positive mindset are essential. Together, we work hard to keep raising the bar on quality and service while having fun along the way.

What will you do?

Working with us means you’ll:

• Meet and support customers who want to try outdoor sports and experiences

• Instruct and guide people in how to use equipment or take part in activities

• Help with rentals, sales, bookings, and general customer service

• Lead or assist with courses, group activities, and events

• Care for and maintain our gear and equipment

Who are you?

You’re:

• Friendly, helpful, and confident interacting with people

• Flexible and structured – you can handle busy days and quick changes

• Passionate about the outdoors and maybe already have experience as a guide or course instructor

• Comfortable leading groups and explaining things clearly

You need to have:

• A valid driver’s license (Category B)

• Fluency in Swedish and English

Open positions:

• On-call staff (hiring continuously)

• Coming 2026 – Adventure Park Staff:
  We’re also looking ahead to the launch of Äventyrsskogen (The Adventure Forest), our new high ropes and zipline park. Do you have experience working with adventure courses or rope parks? Safety knowledge, group leadership, or technical skills in climbing are big pluses!
