Roller ski course
Roller ski course
Introduction to Roller Skiing
Price: 800 SEK
Roller skiing is a fun form of exercise that trains both upper body and endurance, while being gentle on your joints. It is also the perfect off-season training if you’re preparing for a ski race.
Our beginner courses are aimed at those who have never tried roller skiing or have just started and want tips and guidance to get going safely. The course begins with a short theoretical introduction before we head out to ski. During the session, you’ll practice the basics of classic skiing technique and learn helpful tips and tricks to improve your roller skiing.
If you already have some skiing experience, the course can be adapted to focus more on technique coaching — perfect preparation for events like Vasaloppet.
