Can I use my wellness allowance (friskvårdsbidrag) with you?

Yes, you can — but “You may not use the wellness allowance to rent or purchase equipment,” according to the Swedish Tax Agency.
This means you can use your wellness allowance for all our instructor-led activities.

Our activities run continuously throughout the year, and current dates can be found here on the website.
To make it easier for you to join activities on short notice in any season, you can use your wellness allowance to purchase our Wellness Activity Card (Friskvårdskortet).

The Wellness Activity Card

The Wellness Activity Card is an approved wellness benefit according to the Swedish Tax Agency. You may purchase it directly here, pay yourself, and then submit the receipt to your employer for reimbursement, or order it through the major employee benefit portals.

The card is digital and available in three values: two, three, or four activities, valid for one year from the purchase date.
Within that year, you can sign up for any of the eligible activities listed above, and each completed activity will be deducted from your digital card in our booking system.

Please note:

• The card does not guarantee a spot in an activity — you must still register for the date you want and receive confirmation.

• You may mix activities however you like within the validity period.

• If you plan to use the card for three identical courses, feel free to contact us for advice — for example, taking three cross-country technique sessions requires significant skiing between sessions to progress.

The card is personal and must be fully used within the validity period. Unused activities expire and cannot be transferred to a new card.
This should not be a problem, as we offer about 80 courses per year, around ten guided tours, and our high-ropes park is open for climbing daily.

Many companies and public-sector employers use benefit portals to manage wellness allowances.
We are registered in all major portals so you can easily use your wellness benefit with us.
Check with your employer which portal you use, create an account, and search for us.

• Benify – Here you can order our Wellness Activity Card with two, three, or four activities.
