At Aktivt Uteliv, nature is our workplace—and our responsibility. Since we operate in a protected nature reserve, we work actively to reduce our environmental impact and ensure that future generations can enjoy the outdoors just as much as we do today.

We aim to inspire an active lifestyle in harmony with nature, where respect for animals, plants, and landscapes is second nature—whether you’re visiting Sunnerstaåsen or exploring somewhere else.

What We Do

• We follow and promote the rules of the nature reserve.

• We prioritize local suppliers and partners with a strong environmental focus.

• We choose eco-labeled or certified products whenever possible.

• We’ve phased out fluorinated ski wax in our workshop.

• We design our activities to minimize disturbance to wildlife and the environment.

• We sort and recycle all waste—plastic, paper, metal, cardboard, and glass.

• We encourage guests to walk, cycle, or take public transport to us.

• We are members of Visita and operate under a collective agreement with HRF.
