Urgent cleaning is charged if you agreed to clean yourselves but leave the venue in a condition requiring urgent cleaning afterwards. It is not an extra booked alongside regular cleaning.
Room for your guests
Around 60 guests can sit comfortably indoors. Up to 80 seated guests may be possible with closer seating. Guest numbers and space requirements are agreed before booking.
Available at the venue
A kitchen, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and projector are available. Cleaning equipment and toilet supplies are included in venue hire. Sound and lighting and any tableware requirements are agreed separately.
Clear before you decide
We agree on access, preparations, food, drinks, cleaning and any extras together. For venue-only hire, you handle cleaning as agreed, or request a price for assistance. An enquiry does not reserve the date; booking is valid only after our confirmation.
Before you book
One shared briefing
One shared briefing on the venue and equipment is included. Bring together the people responsible for the evening at the same appointment; separate briefings for different people are not included. A short reminder at handover can be agreed with the staff.
Outdoor-style tableware
We have metal plates, metal cutlery and durable plastic wine glasses suited to our outdoor business. Tableware can be arranged by agreement. Fine china, glassware or other formal table settings must be hired separately.
Food, catering and staff
We can help with food and drinks, often burgers and simple starters or desserts based on our regular barbecue and party menus. Catering with staff can be arranged, with an agreed percentage surcharge to cover our costs. Bartenders and other staff are booked as needed. Staff working after 22:00 are charged by the hour. The menu, surcharge and hourly rate are specified in the quote.
Your own alcohol and permits
We hold a permanent alcohol-serving licence. Bringing your own alcohol when hiring the venue must therefore be agreed with us and the municipality in advance. Where a temporary permit for a private group is required, the organiser is responsible for applying and paying the municipal fee. We help with venue details and documentation that our licence is not being used that evening. Municipal processing and decisions must be completed before the celebration.
The municipality’s published application fee for a temporary private-group permit is SEK 1,000 in 2026. It is paid directly to the municipality and is not included in venue hire. Always check the current fee.
