- A ski week: Travel before and after 7 days on snow.

Contact us and book at least one hour before closing so we can prepare your equipment. Code-locker collection is available only after our personal confirmation and code. Check the opening hours for your collection day.

Fit matters more than the number on the box. Measure both feet and give us the longer measurement, preferably in millimetres. Try the boots with your ski socks and tell us about pressure points or heel movement.
Fit matters more than the size on the box
A ski boot should hold the foot closely without obvious pressure points. Please give foot length in millimetres, shoe size and experience.
Try boots with your ski socks. Tell us immediately if your heel lifts, toes are squeezed or buckles are at their limits, so we can check the fit.
Before collection
- Measure both feet: Use the longer foot and give the measurement in millimetres if possible.
- Wear suitable socks: Thin or medium ski socks give a more accurate fit.
- Bring your own skis: If using rental boots with your skis, binding compatibility must be checked.
